Mr. Denzer also supervised projects and assisted in the development of exhibits related to regulatory filings before the Federal Communications Commission, Kansas Corporation Commission, Minnesota Public Service Commission, South Dakota Public Utilities Commission, Arkansas Public Service Commission, Alaska Public Service Commission, and the Iowa Public Utilities Board.

Mr. Rea has been with Warinner Gesinger and Associates for ten years. His most recent position with WGA has been Manager of Audit and Regulatory Services to Principal. Mr. Rea has also served as Staff Accountant, Senior Staff Accountant/Consultant and Manager of Audit and Regulatory Services. Mr. Rea obtained his CPA license in 1998. He has gained intricate knowledge of the operations of rural telephone companies required to perform those specialized audits. His expertise includes but is not limited to Part 32 accounting, external financial reporting, GAAP, GAAS, and GAGAS compliance, capital expenditure analyses, assessments of internal controls of accounting transaction cycles, and data analyses of outputs from computerized information systems.
